Jürgen Neubauer’s current start-up, artSIP, which aims to facilitate broader access to arts and crafts workshops in Graz to spur creativity, is geared toward bigger business customers. However, he sees more potential from private customers and would like to convert or expand their services to B2C accordingly. But does this idea really have a future? When is the right time to implement a successful change? What steps must be taken for this market expansion? The challenge of steering artSIP in a new direction gives Mr. Neubauer a headache.
Expert Michael Ksela empathized with Mr. Neubauer’s concerns. In order to examine the possibility and potential of switching from B2B to B2C, the expert, together with Mr. Neubauer, analyzed artSIP’s current business model and brand identity using various tools. Through the course of this initial evaluation, it became clear that the start-up still had many more urgent issues to manage before it could take on further marketing.
“Michael Ksela's perspectives on our business model and brand identity were very refreshing and definitely got us thinking. We were able to learn a lot from our session and obtain many helpful takeaways. Our stay at the Design Clinic was very helpful. Highly recommended!”
