Case history
Mobility is constantly changing nowadays. In particular, the move to reduce CO2 emissions to push for more climate-friendly mobility solutions are gaining in importance. The Graz start-up, carpoolmobility, has also recognized this trend and developed an app for private car sharing. However, a good idea alone does not guarantee a successful market entry. The entrepreneurs are worried about building their brand. Does their design convey their values? Do the target groups get the message? Does the branding properly utilize the “trend” of sustainability?
Recommended therapy
The two experts analyzed the messages being actively conveyed by the brand and whether or not they were accurate. Scenarios were roleplayed with the patient, highlighting the ways in which the brand presents itself and the potential avenues for change. Finally, the Unerwartet Design team recommended strategies that have the potential to strengthen future branding.
“Branding and building a brand are new territory for us. We weren't even aware of the different possibilities and, above all, what to be on the lookout for. After our conversation at the Design Clinic, we felt a lot more comfortable and confident ‒ these two really know what they are talking about. Top-notch!”
